The luxurious club house will have Wifi, Shower facilities, laundry facilities, conference facilities with a small room for up to 12 people and a larger facility for up to 50 people, kitchen facilities, bar & lounge, outside entertainment deck with outdoor kitchen and seating areas, and car display area, and also access to office facilities for those who need access.
There is even a car showroom where special cars can be displayed and even put up for sale or purchased.
The showroom can also be used for larger entertainment functions when planned.
Members will access to all the facilities as part of their ownership.
There will be a fully equipped detail bay outside for the owners’ use.
If you wish to use the facilities for private functions you can have access to the same through a booking process.
